Recently it has come to our attention that the Berkeley Heights Diversity Council has been promoted as a tool for community engagement amongst some of our town’s political candidates.
Please know that the BHDC is an apolitical organization aimed at fostering an environment of inclusion in support of the town’s welcoming resolution. Our organization is represented by many different members of all our political parties in town. However, our organization does not actively support one political party over the other but is instead focused on upholding our vision of “Honoring & Embracing the Diverse Culture in Berkeley Heights”.
